Earn points on verified product and photo reviews. To ensure authentic community feedback, review rewards are limited to a maximum of 2 approved reviews every 2 months. Reviews must be tied to a verified purchase of the reviewed item.
Points Expiration
Accumulated points remain active for 3 years from your last recorded customer activity date.
Rewards & Discount Combinations
Discount codes generated through the Rewards or Referral programme cannot be combined with other order-level or product-level promotional discounts.
General Program Integrity
EVE LOM reserves the right to review account activity, adjust point balances, or disqualify actions that do not align with our verified community and purchase guidelines.
How Do I Redeem My Points?
You can redeem your points at checkout! As long as you are logged into your account, you will see your points available at the first stage of checkout.
Referral Program

Loyalty Tier Eligibility
