Returns are only accepted for products that are in new, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note we do not provide return labels and shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Upon customer service approval, we will provide you with a return authorization number as well as shipping instructions for your return package. Refunds and exchanges are subject to company approval.
We cannot accept returns for products that have not been purchased at EVELOM.com or EVELOM.co.uk.
