How do I start receiving subscription items?

To place your first subscription order, just select the subscription option when adding the product to your cart. Please note terms and conditions apply. You can read these terms here.

How does the subscription service work?

When you subscribe to a specific product, it will automatically ship at the frequency of your choosing. You may choose to have your products delivered every 30, 60, or 90 days.

Do I receive a discount for choosing subscription?

All subscription orders (including the first order placed), will receive a 15% discount, as well as free Ground Shipping. If your first order contains both subscription items and one-time delivery items, the 15% discount will apply only to the subscr

Do I receive free shipping for choosing subscription?

Yes! Your will receive free Ground Shipping on all subscription orders. Please note that should you choose expedited shipping, associated costs will apply.

Can I subscribe to receive any product?

Only items where the subscription option is offered on the product page qualify for subscription benefits. You can see a complete list of eligible products here.

How do I enroll in the subscription service?

You must be logged into your evelom.com account to submit a subscription order. Your credit/debit card details will be saved for future processing. By placing your initial Auto-Delivery order, you are authorizing EVE LOM to charge your chosen paymen

How are future orders processed?

After your first subscription order, you will be automatically charged for subsequent orders according to your chosen delivery schedule. You may cancel your subscription or change your order frequency at any time. Please note that cancellation reques

Will I receive a reminder before my next subscription order?

You will receive a pre-shipment order confirmation email 3 days before the next shipment that confirms your order details.

Can I edit or cancel an upcoming subscription order?

You can edit or cancel your subscription order up to 24 hours before your order is scheduled to be processed. For example, if you have an order scheduled to be processed on February 2nd, you have until 10:00 AM EST on February 1st to edit or cancel.

Can I add promotional offers to my subscription orders?

Subscription orders are not eligible for promotional offers.
